I am a Barrister, at 3PB Barristers (www.3pb.co.uk). I specialise in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law, as well as other areas.
On this blog I intend to cover issues of law and policy in the fields of Clinical Negligence, PI, Inquests, and (sometimes) civil procedure. The blog is aimed at lawyers, case handlers, and those with more than a passing interest in these fields.
